Grasshot Inc 12-Month Limited Warranty

At Grasshot, we stand behind the quality and reliability of every device we sell. That’s why every refurbished and pre-owned smartphone we offer comes with a 12-month limited warranty. This warranty covers any functional defects in the hardware or software that are unrelated to your usage like touchscreen issues, battery failure, or faulty buttons.

If your device begins to malfunction, just contact our support team at support@grasshot.com with your order number to initiate a warranty claim. Once we receive your device, our technicians will either repair the issue or send you a fully functional replacement.

Your satisfaction is essential to us. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations or you change your mind, you may return your device free of charge. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to receive a prepaid return label. Refund claims outside this timeframe cannot be considered.

  • Hardware or software malfunctions
  • Technical defects due to faulty materials or workmanship

What’s Not Covered

    • Damage during shipping or storage
    • Malfunctions caused by unauthorized repairs or third-party software
    • Issues from improper use or failure to follow care instructions
    • Add-ons or accessories added after purchase
    • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or environmental factors beyond our control

How to File a Warranty Claim

Simply email us at support@grasshot.com with your order number. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and step-by-step return instructions.

Please note: To keep our prices competitive, we may apply a restocking fee to returned devices. If we’re unable to provide an exact replacement, we’ll issue store credit equal to the original purchase price.

We want you to love your Grasshot device—but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • In the same condition you received it (unused and undamaged)
  • In the original packaging, with all accessories and tags
  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)Eligible for full refund if returned undamaged within 30 days of delivery
  • Must be in original condition, free of passcodes, iCloud/Google accounts, or software locks
  • Must include all original accessories
  • Note: Refunds will be denied and the device returned if inspection reveals post-delivery damage or signs of use

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds can take between 15 to 30 days from the date we receive your return, depending on the time it takes to review the product condition, and or your bank or credit card provider processing time.

How to Start a Return:

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
  3. Pack your item carefully and send it back using the label provided.
