Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can click the link in that email. If you didn’t receive tracking information, contact support and we’ll resend it.
To start a return, email support@grasshot.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label (if applicable) and instructions. Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.
We cover your device for both hardware and software defects, within the 12-month warranty, provided the issue are due to technical defect and are not the result of accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear like a decrease in battery life etc. contact support with your order number, a description of the issue, and any images or videos if possible. Our team will troubleshoot the problem or arrange a repair/replacement.
Majority of our smartphones are unlocked, which means they can be used with any major U.S. carrier (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and outside the United States). Just insert your SIM card, and you're ready to go. sometimes a phone may not work with certain networks including the ones listed above due  to compatibility issue.
Every phone we sell has a battery health of at least 80% or higher. This ensures strong battery performance that will last throughout the day under normal use.
Yes. All devices come with a charging cable. In some cases, we may also include a SIM ejector tool or protective case, depending on availability.
